When it comes to your confidence, visibility and power, it’s tempting and easy to put it off until “later”
I get it. Investing in yourself can feel nerve-wracking. Especially when it’s for something intangible like confidence. Especially when it’s something just for you - nobody else - you. This might feel scary, especially if you’ve been taught to put other people's needs above your own.
If I can ask you to reflect on one thing today, it’s to be really honest and tap into how your life would change if your relationship with your confidence was solid and steady … think about how that would change your relationship with yourself, others, and your future.
Learn to stand up for yourself and put your privilege to work? “Maybe when we move house.”
Ask for more money? "Maybe next year when I’m more experienced”
Show your work and reap the benefits? “But now’s not quite the right time because…”
Do the uncomfortable work to get out your own way? “Ugh. Definitely another time, maybe the next Bond?”
How many times have you turned down amazing opportunities that you knew in your heart were right for you, because you didn’t trust yourself? Because you didn’t think you were good enough. I believe in you and I promise by the end of the Bond you will believe in yourself in a way that will blow you away.

Juno today announced it raised €1.96 million Seed funding to close the gender gap in financial education. “In our perfect world, there isn’t a single woman or non-binary person that feels overwhelmed by managing their money. We know that closing the gender gap in financial literacy is not the final hill to climb in the trek towards gender equity. But knowledge is power - so it’s a good place to start.”
